What is your shipping policy?

We aim to get your orders shipped as soon as possible. As each piece is individually handmade, we do ask that you allow up to 10 business days for Molly to make and send your order. If you need something in a hurry send us a message before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

Domestic: Local delivery by Australia Post will take approximately 2–5 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping. Tracking included on all Australian deliveries.

International: International delivery rates and times vary. Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like tracked or insured delivery. Please be aware that this can be expensive.

 

What materials do you use?

Polymer clay is a type of modelling clay based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The clay is formed by hand and put into an oven to harden. 

Sterling silver: Sourced and recycled locally from A&E Metals in Sydney, Australia. Molly forms each earring hook by hand. Please note: some earrings produced prior to July, 2017 may be sterling silver coated and not solid sterling silver. Please ask if you are unsure.

Surgical steel studs: Sourced from a local Australian producer. Surgical steel is suitable for most sensitive ears.

 

What is your return/refund policy?

Everything from this shop is handmade individually in Sydney, Australia. The pieces will often have small hand-forming marks, making each piece unique. Size, colour and shape may vary slightly.

Due to the fragility of the handmade pieces from this shop, we do not accept returns as the process of returning these items in the post could be damaging. 

Please be 100% certain before purchasing and do not hesitate to ask any questions about an item before doing so.

Despite all of this, we want you to enjoy your purchases as much as possible, so if there are any major flaws we will do our best to replace or repair your purchase.
